The Live Build is a live, small-group program, so refunds work on the cohort calendar: email diana@nextpersona.io any time before the cohort starts on August 10, 2026 and we will refund 100% of what you paid. No questions asked.
Once the cohort begins, seats are committed and the group runs live, so purchases are no longer refundable. If something serious comes up, email us anyway — we're humans, and we'll find a fair solution (such as moving you to a future cohort if one runs).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Send your request from the email you joined with, or include your order confirmation.
